I accept the terms of registration. I have registered with the information given above. DentaNet will send an invoice. In case of cancellation, DentaNet will refund the delegate fee. Cancellation will only be registered if the cancellation has been directly to DentaNet. If cancellation happens more than 30 days before the course, 10% of the delegate fee is withheld. If cancellation happens 14-30 days before the course, 50% is withheld. If cancellation happens 7-13 days before the course, 75% of the fee will be withheld. if cancellation is less than 6 days the whole fee is withheld. It is however possible to gift another person with registration to the course, in case the signed-up person is unable to attend. In this case, the name and mobile number of the new person must be send directly to DentaNet no later than 3 days before the course.
